Actually, the fact is, every Farmall or IHC diesel built since the 560 had a power operated "smoke screw" which allowed the operator to violate his warranty any time he fired up his tractotr. I understand that using the infamous "grabhandle" caused the "smoke screw" to spin to "wide open" allowing the engine to butn fuel at prodigious rates and create vast, dense clouds of overfueled smoke, and also allow the suddenly overfueled and overpowered engine to pull it's way through minor difficulties! With other brands of diesel engines, the smoke screw was factory set and fixed in place with lead seals, thus preventing most other brand tractor operators from duplicating the "burn up your engine making extra hp" capabilities of the Farmall engines! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
