No sooner arriving at the Clarksburg, Ohio tractor show saturday and run into old school mate, Farmall H enthusiast Johnny Bill Chain. After greeting each other he asked me if I"d seen that special "H" over there in the Farmall lineup yet? I said no but took off in that direction and sure enough there it was....it was pink as you know what! At first I thought...that"s the color of the "gay people".....I ain"t going over there! But, currosity got the best of me and I did...and the lady that owned it came up and started talking and friend Larry and I wound up spending at least ten or fifteen minutes talking to her. It was her first restoration and to be honest.....it looked pretty danged nice for a 1940 model. Just shows to go you.....never judge a tractor by it"s cover. Never caught her name but they say she has a horse farm just west of there on Ragged Ridge road...and she knows about this site. Maybe she"ll catch this post and put us a pic of it so all can enjoy.
