The 950's about 27HP. I have one with a small JD hog, but don't use it much. Use it mostly for the loader and augering fence posts. It's size makes it maneuverable in tight places. Can get either a JD belly or a 3 point finish JD mower for it. I see 850's at the prisons using bellies, and my neighbor picked up a very similar mower, except is 3 point for the back of his Jubilee. I'm thinking is at least $1,500 from the Deere guy, since Ingersols and Woods were going for about $1,400 a piece a couple of years ago. But, if you wanna buy that Cub with a finish belly, I'm sure it'll more than handle 3 acres at such a short heighth. I've got a AC B with a 59" Woods that I use around the house and have used on a few hilly acres that I sometimes let get 2'. 1st does great, 2nd does well, and tried 3rd for a short distance up hill once just to see - bogged down and looked like a hay field, but did it. That Cub aint gonna have no problem with what you're askin. Wife go into the tool shed? Could hide it in there. Mark
