I had the exact exact same problems that lucasss had. I was treated like a problem people look at the part dont have it (didnt look in books or really lookeven at the part) asked "where may i be able to get they said exact words how the f would i know. been in napa many times ask for a part your the only one in there 3 guys behind the counter and they say its over there cant show you or help you decide which is better what you need they point like your a dog. there used to be a guy at the local napa store dennis was his name real real real good ended up being the only guy i dealt with then he got put incharge of 5 stores and left. now lee auto parts or advanced get my business. had a similar problem bought a radiator water pump alternator and the alternator pully came off shreaded the belt caused electrical problems in the car and they never offered to pay for the electrical damage which i expect though hard for me to eat the labor fried ecm. but what got me is they wouldnt even give me a new belt. also alot of these peopple and parts store when you tell them its farm tax exempt look at you like your an idiot have no clue what you want.
