i have to also agree with marks comment i know everyone was once dumb we werent born with our knowledge however i get frustrated too and run into the same problems a john deere uses a delco alternator however when you call up for a price and tell them its a john deere 4840 there lost and even looking at it lost the quality of help has gone way down. another huge reason i stopped goign to napa is temples 5 star muffler bought all his parts at napa i could go to him and buy a muffler after napas markup his markup cheaper hten me directly going to napa. another thing i dont like is you ask for brushes or something for an alternator they look at you crazy they have no clue whats inside the things or what brushes look like or are only to sell you the whole thing. alot of people dont like to spend money so they buy the cheap chinese import but dont realize there buying themselves out of a job
