A few years ago, used cooking oil was worth money and the refineries would buy it from the fast food outfits, and so the thieves got into the used cooking oil business. They would keep the fast food used cooking oil tanks pumped dry, then the refineries quit buying used cooking oil and started charging for picking it up, and the thieves quit stealing it. And now the Bio fuel people will start buying used cooking oil, the refineries will start buying used cooking oil, and the thieves will start stealing used cooking oil.
