terry the computer operator didn't scan a decal, just typed it may have moved the spacing didn't save changes or many other things. type of material used vinyl or digitaly printed material (vinyl sheet) most decals of quality are screened on a clear material ( mylar). it could be any number of things, price is one thing that usally effects job quality. donOH
