Aloha Larry, Looks like you most likely found the problem. I don't know how that tank is constructed so you are on your own on that. I would get a mirror and flashlight to see if the screen is removable. Sometimes you may be able to pull it out to clean or you may have to drain the tank to be able to work on it easier or to remove the tank for a thorough cleaning. Personally, I would remove the tank and give it a good cleaning because the fuel may be contaminated with bacteria and that is what's clogging the screen. Some people may punch out the screen and use a inline fuel filter after the shutoff valve if they can't get a replacement screen. Mahalo, doogdoog
