T-Bone, Now I understand what you are saying and agree with you. My first interpretation of what you said was incorrect, I thought you were saying we should have sent help in last week before it happened. Perhaps the mandatory evacuation should have been assisted by Nat'l Gaurd. I agree that help and supplies could have been organized and staged outside the storm area, within maybe 8 hours travel time. Why is there an aircraft carrier going there? Is this for a base of operations? Dave

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
