It doesn't matter where our oil reserve is because the price nowadays is based purely on speculation. Some dumb weed says there will be a shortage of fuel cause the refineries can't make it fast enough so the price goes up two days later he says that there isn't enough crude to refine and the price goes up. There is plenty of oil in reserve. Heck, just the other day on the news who ever from OPEC, can't remember his name, was stumped why the price was so high and he said that production was more than current usage. Pure speculation.
