Brian, I can assure you, because history bears my point to be fact, that you will go broke faster supporting welfare than you ever will supporting Wall street or big oil. There is much wealth generated by big oil and wall street, which trickles down to all of us, but there is not one thin dime generated by welfare, in fact it creates a negative gain due to administrative costs, and the fact that the money wasnt earned in the first place. Welfare is simply taking money out of one pocket and transfering it to another who has not earned it. Your argumnent is like saying that the economy is better off because someone threw a brick through your window because it keeps the glass installer in business which keeps the glass maker in business, which keeps the sand quarry to make glass in business which keeps the crane operator busy. Not to mention the brick business. It doesnt work that way, as there is no benefit to having your window broken by someone throwing a brick through it. You can as joe citizen, invest a portion of what you earn in the oil business or wall street, and allow your money to earn more money for you. There is nothing nor anyone stopping you from getting in on the big bonanza you claim exists in the oil business.

Now my grandfather had had this mule since the mid 40's and he was getting some age on him. S
