I bought essentially the same truck brand new spring of '96 except I got the 5-speed. If You don't abuse them, throw Chips & propane at them they'll last almost forever. I semi-retired Mine two months ago with 288,000 miles on it to drive a small gas economy car 120 miles/day to work. There's many of that vintage of truck with between half a million and a million miles on them. Mine could easily be one of them if I keep it enough longer.
