No bacause your map senser can only handle a 10% blend ,and my S-10 is set up for E85 and it has a plastic tank stainless steel fuel lines teflon coating inside all rubber lines and V-6 injectors to dump in extra alcohol to produce needed power and higher compression to burn alcohol better so the answer is it would be cheaper to look for a 00 -02 S-10 with a 2.2 4 banger and also expect to lose 25% of you present milage when you switch to E85
