Any small old or new tractor, found on sub 40 acre "ranchettes" and owned by "yuppies" who work in town, have a house on said "ranchette" and so need a small tractor to brush cut, blade snow and sometimes dirt, and possibly perform low hp tractor duties involveing horse ownership, like loader work and manure hauling/spreading. 8N Fords, 750 John Deeres, 230 Internationals and other small tractors can be called such. It is being owned by a very rural as opposed to suburban "Yuppie" which really makes a tractor into a "Yuppie Tractor"!
