Well said but In order to go rescue the children who are really the victems in this they had to call out 7,000 armed Gaurdsman to gain order because the rescuers were being shot at, people being beaten, women raped. I think this is the strangest disaster Ive seen in my time. Ive been to New Orleans and I got to tell you it was one rough place to begin with so I kinda understand why this has turned out the way it has.
