You think that is crazy, I run a lawn mower shop, I have people call at least 2-3 times a week and ask me over the phone "my lawn mower does not start, can you give me an estimate on how much it will cost ot fix it???" Upon quizzing about symptoms and such, they have no clue as to what kind of mower it is, what it is doing, if it ran, then died or what, it just don't start......
