Dug, first some questions: Have you or previous owner used any kind of "stop leak" product? Have you used name brand coolant at 50/50 with distilled water? Have you changed the belts? Are the hoses in good shape, do they feel soft? Have you replaced the thermostat? Can you see through the radiator fins, sometimes just water will not remove the bugs? If you don't find answer here, then pull radiator and have it rodded out by shop, also have them clean and straighten the fins. Let us know.
