Just wanted to let everyone who was kind enough to help me out with suggestions and helpfull hint's on cooking my first Pig Roast for my son's wedding reception, That it turned out great and everything went off without a hitch! Pig cooked perfect in about 11 hours and everyone was happy! (dressed out at about 185-190lb's) Absolutly loved that propane pig roaster! No muss no fuss! I even took measurements off of it so I can build one like it for myself. So Thanks guy's for all your help! Think I might just do it again next year just for the fun of it! Bob
