Count the holes in the adjustable axle. Sounds like someone narrowed the setting on the right side only. Pull a string along the outside face of the rear wheels to the front of the tractor and see if the front wheels are equal distance and parallel to the string. Verify the rear wheels are positioned identically prior to pulling the string.
