Hi guys, I need your opinions on some good careers. I am currantly unemployed and looking for a job but I would rather find a good career that pays well. I am mechanically inclined and enjoy working on things. Old garden tractors are my hobby and I enjoy fixing them. I also enjoy traveling and have considered entering the trucking industry. Doing this though would require training for a CDL. I have checked in to a few trucking companies that offer their own paid training but would require being away from home for 3-4 weeks. Does anybody on here drive for a living? Pros - Cons? The main company I was looking at is called Roehl trucking. Anybody have any experiance with them? I greatly appericiate all your opinions and time. Thanks for helping a young feller out. Mike.
