Bob, You dont have to sell anything. Depending on where you live they should be considered an asset. All assets go into a pile and you get your half and she gets her half. Then when the divorce is over she gets half of your assets and your lawyer gets the other half in lieu of pay. Look at the bright side man, she didnt run off with another man like mine did in `67. Try to patch it up and see if you cant come to a reasonable settlement. Believe it or not, you will survive the hurt and go on to better things. Sure hope there arent any kids involved like there were in mine.
