ROPS tightening down

I took off my ROPS off of my Ford 2600 tractor. After I paint it does anyone know how tight to make the bolts that hold it down. I know they were really tight when I took them off. I have looked at my manuals but everyone of them does not have info on the ROPS. This is a factory Ford ROPS for the Ford 2600 tractor. Thanks for any help
