Best advise is not to buy Ford Car. Had a 2002 Taurus, trans went out at 53,000 miles. DSM said "tough", your not a loyal ford customer. I have three ford cars (1996 & 2-2002's) and a F-150 4X4. All purchased new. Trans cost me $3,400 at dealer in Ft Worth. What a rip-off. No more Ford products for me or my company.
