I've mounted and demounted any kind you can name with or without fluid and I can tell you that its no big job. Your tires probably wont hold over about 350 Lbs, just remove the wheel, lay it down with the stem down, unscrew the valve core and let it rip. Then when no more runs out, break the beads loose with a hammer and pull the tube out with what little fluid is left in it.
