John, Have to say I agree with your analysis. However I made my contribution through the Southern Baptist Association. I followed that up by taking vacation from work and spending 6 days in Slidell at 1st Baptist helping them clean and stack trash. Also helped unload many semi's of food, water, clothing and essentials. Also assisted in setting up and serving food and distributing supplies to local populace. Many have nothing left. Those that do have to go in and through out everything into the huge piles of trash lining streets and highways.Lake Pnchartrain emptied itself into their homes and businesses. Left an awful stinky, muddy mess. I'm glad I could provide what little help I could. Glad your and your family faired well. If you need anything contact me at crdj72@hotmail.com. If I can I will help in any way possible. Thanks and God Bless.
