look for something with the words "MASSEY-FURGESON on it. It should have a model designation between 135 and 698, with models like 135, 165, 175, 180 for tractors built around 35 years ago to the 2xx and 3xx models built somewhat more recently! For Deluxe tractors, the old John Deere 1020 through 2440 tractors are also good---just more pricey. You can also look at the ferd range as suggested by another poster. Forget the John deere 1010 and 2010 (both are junk) and the older gas powereed tractors of any make if they are over about 45hp! For something fairly recently built, add Kubota to the list.
