Ford 8000 remote hydraulic sagging

I have a Ford 8000 that slowly loses pressure to the remote hydraulic cylinders. I tried swapping the hose connections so that the cylinder operated in reverse to see if it only happened in one direction but it slowly lost pressure either way. The cylinder would leak down in about 2 or 3 minutes. The cylinder and hoses do not have any leaks. Does anyone have an idea of what could be wrong? Thanks in advance.
