I have the rear tires filled on my TO-30 which I use to bushhog hills. Fluid will improve stability .. how much depending upon amount of fill, tractor model, wheel spacing, etc. I'd be extra careful if you drain the tires. It may have little effect ...but the tractor will be less stable. EEA
