The car hauler has a 12,000lb gvwr. We measured the width of the tires and they are 62"inside to inside, and 88" outside to outside. The rear tire sizes are 13.6"x38". The trailer is 80" wide so the tires will stick out over the sides about 4" on both sides but if I lock my load good to prevent shifting I will still have atleast have the tread width of each tire on the trailer. Also this is about a 45 minute ride from the house (normal driving) but its all back country roads in the country (low traffic). We can take our time and we should be fine, but yes I would still be weary about a long distance pull on the interstate.
