Difference between premium and regular gas ?

We'll try not to have a regular cross-country price check on this one if that's OK. What I'd like to know if there is much variation in prices between what we pay for regular vs premium gasoline at the pumps. Up here we always seem to pay 10 cents (Cdn) more per litre for premium which works out to about 31 US cents per US gallon. What is the situation where you live? Don't forget to tell us where you are.
