Does this affect the nation, or just some states? Have to be _Real_ careful here, as the dye is about collecting _state_ taxes as well, and I'd want to be sure my state - with the state troopers & county troopers being the ones going to farm auctions and testing the fuel tanks - is on board with this idea. For the record, I only drive gassers on the road, only tractors & combines run diesel here. --->Paul
