Boley -- I know you are going to hear --Farmall Cub,nice little tractor, but only 10 or 12 HP and no waterpump you sure don't want that on a steep rolling yard....A Farmall super A would do it the super has hydrolic lift and you will want a 5 ft. mower deck......I have mowed a large yard all my mowing days.....I am not pushing Power King, but that is what I have been using for the past 8 years....mine is a 2016---twin cyl 20HP Koler engine with hydro trans ,you can change tractor speed down to a craw, while engine speed and mower speed remain constant. You get power steering and lift also...5' deck so far I have had to replace one set of belts......You said you wanted a tractor, take a look at how this 1620 is built.....A high quality "O" turn 5' deck is best of all, but a mower only....By the way Agr. tires works better than turf tires on steep lawns.....
