Those lines have a lot of pressure on them, so ou're not going to be able to just push it on something. I ussually use either the draw bar w/ something over the hose end. Slam the tip against it once or twice to get the intial pressure off. After that you _should_ be able to press it w/ your own strength to get the rest of the pressure off. A good cylinder fully extended or retracted w/ pressure when removed will hold for quite a while. A few of our machines have leaky ends on the hoses, so when the remotes are pulled oil shoots past the ball and onto what ever tey are pointing at. I've got a few new ends, jut gotta put them on.
