8N is a nice little tractor for some chores, but powering a loader off the tractor hydraulics isn't one of them. Not only is it agonizingly slow, but the internal hydraulic pump only operates when the clutch is engaged- that is, when you step on the clutch, everything stops. So you'll have a loader that's both anemic and intermittent. And did I mention infuriating? Get a front pump- its not difficult, and you'll have a loader that actually works.
