Michael, in the first place I don't beleive what he's told you. This thing would have to be in "like new" condition to be worth 5 grand. You can buy them all over for 2000 up. Check around. This thing won't push out more than a 4 inch tree and then not oak. It might however do what you need but I'd recommend you spend 10 grand and buy a Komatsu or Mitsubishi with a 6 way blade and after you get through with it sell it for what you gave for it. Good luck whichever way you go.....
