Got a couple LDAs (aka: Large Dangerous Animals, aka: HORSES) myself and so far my wife still rides them after 3 or 4 trips to the hospital, one session of surgery, much rehab and numerous bruises and strains. I don't know which of us is dumber: her for still riding or me for not getting rid of them. Oh well, she gets her lumps her way and I get mine my way! Hope your wife mends quickly and well. :-)
