Allan, I am so sorry Mrs. Allan has gotten hurt by this horse. Will keep Her and You in our prayers. May she have a speedy recovery. Sound like the horse did just like he was suppose too. and the Mrs just didn't have a "deep enough seat". I know that this isnt what you want to hear right now but ....When the Mrs. is well he HAS to get back up this horse. for at least a little while. If not the accident will win and she will or might have a fear that she can't overcome. Maybe there is some place, or someone local that can give her lessons. There are several places around here that do that. If she was ridding a westen saddle....Lengthen out those strups a hole or 2. Again accidents happen, sometimes there was no one or thing at fault. A relation with a horse is a special thing. It takes time to develope. I pray your wife gets well very soon. Don't keep beating yourself up. In Christian Love, Later, John A.
