Okay, since nobody wants to answer your question straight up, I will. Starch usually comes in an airesol can from the grocery store. Find a friendly older lady and politely ask her where it is. When you get the starch home, plug in the iron and when it is hot, place your shirt on the ironing board and iron it once over. Let it cool a few, then spray the starch on one sleve and iron it. You should notice a nice flat crease in the sleave. Repeat with the other sleeve and the collar. I recommend you not do the pants unless they are slacks. Leave the starching of the blue jeans for the women folk. As a father of 19 and 16 year old daughters, nothing works better than a firm handshake (just don't crush his hand, try to match his grip to yours) and going to the door to pick her up.
