Well as for your fuel problem, have you checked the fuel line? Leave the petcock on the tank open and pull the fuel line off of the carb. See that the fuel flows out of the line. If it doesn't or the fuel drips out pull the line off of the sediment bowl and blow it out with compressed air. Now with your air filter yes you need oil in it for it to work properly. It should say somwhere on it the proper weight of oil to use. Make sure you use this weight or it won't work right either. Mike
