Any difference in an MH-44 or MH-44 Special 3 Point?

I have the regular Massey-Harris 44 and in looking for the 3 point I have found 2 that are both on a Massey-Harris 44 Special. Is there any difference in this hitch between the 44 Special and the regular 44, and any difference in years? They look similar, but one thing I'm noticing is that the hydraulic cylinder on my MH-44 is right underneath the seat with the piston angled about 30 degrees traveling away and toward the seat, while pictures of the others appear to have cylinders down near the drag bar, positioned almost straight up and down.
