You could go the cheap route and buy "IH Compatible" hydraulic fluid from any farm store. Hytran is specific for later IH models (like a 656) but in a 400 about anything will do. Hytran wasn't even available when they rolled out of the factory. If I recall correctly the owners manual will specify 80W or so for the transmission, you should use a "Hytran like" fluid instead, it was later learned that the TA didn't work well or last long with that heavy of oil.
