In Ohio, you have to have insurance to get a drivers license, otherwise you get a state ID. Must sign a paper saying so under pent. of purgery. Not wanting to go to jail, you go to the insurance co and they require a valid license to get insurance.

Who do you lie to????
(Hint) Insurance co verify your license, BMV doesn't verify insurance..........
