This post rekindles the fire that makes my blood boil. I have seen developers TAKE the last pristine evidence of the beauty and rapture of the old South, and desecrate it, even destroying it"s mansions and monuments in the name of progress for the next generation because of the discrimination it represents to them. And it still makes me angry. But...; when they built condos and roads over the wooded hillside cemetaries that we cleaned on Decoration Day every spring when I was a kid.......let"s just say I hope and pray that I am NOT in Heaven the day those people who made a monetary gain from that land stand in judgement.
