I would send it to Minn-Kota repair and pay them to restore it like new. I just sent my second one to them. It is expensive, but it will come back looking like new. They charge $63.50 for 14,15 & 17 inch wheels and $73.50 for 19 inch four spoke wheels. Minn-Kota Repair
