Loader for 8n

I recently purchased a rebuilt 8n. Instead of renting a backhole to move some dirt I'm thinking about just getting a loader for the 8n.

My question is what modifications will I need to make to the tractor, such as Hydraulics and such to get a loader to work?

Right now it has no external hydraulics.
