I have always wanted to find my grandfathers old tractors. He had a 30 U Allis, 35 UC Allis, 26 Regular Farmall and a CC case. I used to play on the UC and CC as a kid. I watched in horror as they were cut for scrap. I don't know what happened to the other two tractors. I have picked up one of each of the tractors though and am rebuilding Grandpas grove. Anyway, The U I bought was a 35 and Gramps had a 30 with a continental engine. My 35 U needed a few parts and I found it cheeper to buy a couple of parts tractors rather than buy and ship individual pieces (the story is getting long isn't it) Because I can't have junk laying around here I advertised the remaining hulks of the two parts Us with the description of each before I even started to strip the parts I wanted. I got an instant hit with a "Please don't strip it!" "I think that is my Grand fathers tractor!" So after confering with relatives and pouring over pictures and loacting where it all went, He is coming to take his grandfathers tractor home. The twist is... He has a 30 U Allis that was origionaly from my neck of the woods. I'll never know for sure but it looks like a couple pieces of old iron are coming home to roost.

The main focus of this page is to show how I upgr
