I agree with KYhayman. The $4000 difference is too much. The dealer is figuring on making a profit on selling the Massey and your 4010, which is why the difference is so high. If you privately sell the 4010 and buy the Massey cash you will be money ahead. One thing to consider. You know your tractor and what problems it has. You don't know what problems the Massey MAY have. It may have none or it may be another money pit. It sounds like time for an overhaul is due on the 4010. $4000 goes a long way towards that overhaul. With a fresh engine the 4010 would/should run strong for a long time. My two cents John
