Having grown up on green tractors and recently buying a massey 1130 I would be the first to say the massey's are very underated tractors. Although the deal your talking sounds shakey. Green paint has good resale value junk or in good shape it dosn't matter. I looked on the internet and found 1105's go for about $6000 and up. You should ask some massey owners(see massey forum) on what to look for in buying a used MF so you don't end up with another money pit.
