Quit myself about 7 years ago. Best tip I can give is this. When you were smoking you were most likely taking deep breaths or hits. When you quit smoking you most likely quit doing this. Taking deep breaths relaxes you therefor smoking relaxes you. Keep taking deep breaths to make you relaxe and enjoy your life without smokes!
