I think looking at the hour-meter reading can be misleading. It is not really the number of hours that is important, but how hard those hours were and what maintenance was (or wasn't) performed. Look at the wear on the clutch pedal, the drawbar/four-point hitch, and such. Also look for obvious weld repairs. (I was at an auction and saw a new tractor with a little over 100 hours on the meter and the rear axle casting was broken.) Abuse will age a tractor more than anything else.
